(NASDAQ:ANY), a containerization, virtualization, and data management solutions provider, today announced that at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders held on December 12, 2017, the Company’s shareholders approved all matters put before them as described in the Notice of the Meeting and the Management Information Circular dated November 13, 2017.
